91st Annual Exhibition of The Fylingdales Group of Artists

The Fylingdales Group of Artists are pleased to announce our 91st Annual Exhibition to be held at Pannett Art Gallery in Whitby. This year there are 67 pictures by Members and ‘Invited Artists’ which adorn the walls of Pannett Art Gallery, our exhibition home since 1952.
A glance at our list of Members will show that we are scattered over a large area, it is quite a measure of strength of the Group that Members are prepared to travel long distances to exhibit and attend our annual general meeting which is held after our annual exhibition.
As we approach the 100th anniversary of our founding in 1925 in Denton Hawley’s studio in Robin Hood’s Bay we are actively searching for pictures by the founding Members. Namely, Denton Hawley, Ulric Walmsley, Louise Packard, Dame Ethal Walker, George T.Lowe, Edith Grey and Jennie Waites.
All freely available to view in the Pannett Art Gallery, Tuesday – Sunday, 10am – 4.30pm (last admission 4pm).
