Curating Space brings together a number of professional artists who live and work locally and will include a diverse range of artworks.

The mixed media and textiles of Helen Birmingham are inspired and informed by the concept of evolution and heredity.

Painting from life in his studio, a baiting shed in Scarborough harbour, the sea is a constant theme in the work of painter Andrew Cheetham. “Constantly changing, constantly inspiring”.

Jake Jones’ watercolour paintings are atmospheric and striking. Using limited palette and strong contrast Jake aims to connect with the viewer.

Other artists include: Bren Head, Jo Davis, Lesley Seeger, Len Tabner, Andy Black, Alan Davis
