The Fylingdales Group of Artists have been in existence since 1925, initially formed in Denton Hawley’s studio in Robin Hood’s Bay with just eight members, rising to twenty-two members in 1947.   The Group usually hold one Annual exhibition per year and since 1952 have been holding their exhibition at Pannett Art Gallery in Whitby.

The main bond between the members being their love of Yorkshire, its coastline and of painting. Our website was launched in 2004 which includes profiles of the current members along with examples of their work.
