Call for submissions – Smell the Sea, Feel the Sky
The Pannett Art Gallery invites artists to take part in our Postcard Exhibition, “Smell the Sea, Feel the Sky”, which will be on display from 26 May until 5 July 2020.
This will be an eclectic mix of styles and artforms, creating a vibrant exhibition exploring and illustrating the moors, coast, town and villages in and around Whitby.
This is an exhibition that everyone can be a part of, combining the work of early career individuals with those of established artists. As many artworks as possible will be displayed, as long as they are suitable for a family audience.
Artists can submit as many works as they like and all suitable original artwork in any medium will be accepted, as long as they fit the specified postcard size of 6 x 8 inches (15 x 20.5cm) and with a maximum depth of 5mm. Artists are asked to please read all submission details as failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions will make an entry ineligible.
